Association Management

We are pleased to offer the following Association services:

  • Collection of association dues
  • Management of insurance, lawn, snow and other maintenance contracts
  • Management of repairs that are the association’s responsibility
  • Receive and respond to concerns of the board and homeowners, including enforcement of covenants
  • Pay bills, prepare financials and submit to the board on a monthly basis
  • Attend board meetings and annual membership meetings
  • Participate in the implementation of your decisions
  • Consult on the annual operating budget
  • Make sure ownership changes are handled properly at closing
